The answer is: yes, but just because your credit isn't good doesn't mean you won't get credit offers to try to lead you into a deeper debt, such as offers for no credit check unsecured credit cards.

If my credit is bad, should I take ANY offer for a new credit card to try to fix my credit?
That can be a dangerous approach.  Some companies will come to you and say they can improve your credit -- for a fee -- and they'll give you a credit card.  Then they'll take your money and you'll never hear from them again.   But that doesn't mean you should start looking for no credit check unsecured credit cards.

If you have bad credit, go for secured credit card offers
Unsecured cards provide you with the ultimate freedom.  But if you're trying to improve your credit, the no credit check unsecured credit cards are not the way to go.  You need to find a card that's secured by your own money, such as a prepaid credit card or secured credit card.  You have to prove to those legitimate credit card companies that you can handle your money and handle making monthly payments.  

So it isn't easy to get unsecured credit cards if you are trying to improve your credit, and there's a reason for that.  You need to work to get your credit score back to where you want it to be.  So there may be no credit check unsecured credit cards out there for you, but that doesn't mean you have to use them.  Think about your credit future.
